Instructions

  1. Make a salad with the wrap ingredients
  2. For the dip: chop the coriander, slice the garlic finely, mix with the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Bake the falafels with a drizzle of olive oil until they are crispy and golden.
  4. Warm the wrap for 30 seconds in a oil free pan and start adding the ingredients in the middle.
  5. Roll and serve!
